Role Description:
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care for North Logan, UT. The General Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, ensure quality customer service, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in multi-store management, fixed operations, and sales coaching.
  • Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales
  • Meet, greet and recommend services to customers
  • Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers vehicles’ repairs
  • Order parts and inventory
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Automotive Management Experience
  • General Automotive Management and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Team Management
  • Budgeting skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in automotive or service industry preferred
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
