Regional Development Director

Regional Development Director

As a Regional Development Director you will be responsible for delivering all facets of the franchise sales process throughout the designated geographic area. The Regional Development Director will play critical role in the initial contact of a perspective franchisee. 

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieves all goals/objectives of franchise sales and development plan within a targeted area
  • Conducts end-to-end franchise sales’ 7-step process
  • Identifies and cultivates franchisees for additional growth
  • Follows a discipline but flexible process to close franchise deals according to expected timelines
  • Cultivates expansions and/or resale opportunities for existing franchisees
  • Attracts franchise candidates through industry trade shows and building broker relationships
  • Tracks and reports on the progress of each prospective candidate through the qualification process.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records in CRM/pipeline reports
  • Performing and /or hosting initial meetings, Discovery Day and or/ orientations with  prospective candidates
  • Presenting franchise procedures and company standards to candidates
  • Responds to all requests for additional franchise information according to required timeline
  • Serves as the key market functional expert an as the go-to resource for franchise and licensing questions and issues in the market  
  • Represents the AAMCO value proposition and positively represents the brand and team

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. 
  • Minimum of  5 years high investment sales and proven track record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative & prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels throughout the organization and cross-functionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Displayed strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and keep deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Exhibits strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant technology including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
