Multi-Store Area Manager/ General Manager - Fixed Operations and Sales Coaching
Location: Chicago, IL (Daily travel to multiple locations required)

With multiple locations in the Chicago area, we seek a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Area Manager/General Manager with expertise in fixed operations management and automotive sales/production coaching.
Responsibilities:
  1. Multi-Store Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores in the Chicago area.
    • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across all locations.
    • Drive operational efficiency and excellence to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  1. Fixed Operations Management:
    • Manage and optimize fixed operations, including service, parts, and maintenance departments.
    • Implement strategies to improve service efficiency, customer retention, and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Sales Coaching:
    • Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to sales teams across multiple locations.
    • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance staff performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused sales practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-store management, fixed operations, and sales coaching.
  • Ability to travel daily to multiple locations within the Chicago area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated discipline and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive aftermarket retail operations and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software.
