OFFICE MANAGER

This candidate would alternate between four stores with the ability to work in a different store each day. All four are within 5 to 10 miles of each other. Orange County, Ca

DUTIES:

Reconcile statements, returns, cores, etc

Pay bills

Help track employee hours

Reconcile weekly reports

Cover phones and front counter in limited capacity short term basis. Limited conversations with customers in those situations

Quickbooks experience is a plus

Has shown ability to get Comfortable with using front end software (Such as AMS)

Hours are 8 - 5:30

The optimal schedule would be half day Sat every other week (1/2 day mid week on those weeks)

 

Pay range: $25-$28 per hour
