Our Automotive Service Manager is a high energy professional who not only leads by example but is also a team player who supports the employees they supervise. An Automotive Service Manager takes on many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring that all employees are adhering to AAMCO policies and procedures.  

Position Duties & Responsibilities: 

• This is a highly visible and important role within the store environment

• Manage inbound leads as well as customer satisfaction ratings 

• Generate cold leads and show the ability to close sales 

• Meet customers and cultivate relationships

• Manage day to day operations

• Order parts and manage inventory 

• Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspects of the center's business and operations.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success 

• Unwavering drive for results 

• Ability to lead a team 

• Excellent one-time closing skills 

• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building 

• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level 

• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment 

• Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player 

• Must have valid driver's license
