We are looking for an experienced professional for a Business Coach role. Candidates in this role will travel to AAMCO centers to assist franchisees in learning the franchise operating system, and as they open and get up and running, will remain in contact as they develop. Qualifications:

• Exceptional active listening skills and patience when working with new franchisees as they learn and implement our system
• Proficient in communication and relationship-building
• Strong leadership skills: Must be able to take control and effectively lead a center
• Proven sales skills: Ability to identify, isolate, and overcome objections while confidently closing opportunities
• Technology-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks
• Strong overall communication skills
• 2–3 weeks per month travel/work schedule – flexibility is essential
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
