Divisional National Account Support Manager

Location: Horsham PA

AAMCO is the leading franchisor of consumer-directed automotive aftermarket service repair businesses in North America.  AAMCO franchisees operate a total store count of approximately 575+ centers nationally. 

The AAMCO National Account Manager is responsible for the development and daily support of  assigned National Accounts.  This position also includes  aggressive prospecting, development and strategy related to new National Accounts.  This position is both hands-on and strategic in nature and involves working with the Director of National Accounts to implement and execute successfully, collaborative and comprehensive programs, using initiatives and strategies that will lead to additional customer traffic, revenue and profit generation for AAMCO franchisees. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support AAMCO Centers in their relationship with National Accounts. 

  • Support existing Accounts and develop strategies to increase traffic and sales associated with their customers and or vehicles. . 

  • Utilize the New Business Development (NBD) process to ensure that the assigned region is developing new Accounts within the scope of our business model. 

  • Develop relationships with new Accounts that will lead to additional and consistent vehicle traffic, revenue and profits for AAMCO Centers and AAMCO Corporate. 

  • Interact directly with Franchisees, Store Managers and National Accounts Customers. 

  • Present and communicate new programs and updates (including pricing and/or process changes) to National Accounts and AAMCO Centers 

  • Interact with other internal Departments and stakeholders to ensure an agreeable and smooth experience for National Accounts and AAMCO Centers. 

  • Develop strategies to enter new channels of sales for Transmissions and Total Car Care revenue. Channels such as Federal, State and Local government agencies and departments as well as large Utility and privately managed fleet accounts. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Self-Motivated mentality 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience(preferred) 

  • +2 years automotive experience in a customer support or regional sales role 

  • Demonstrates ability to measure ROI on efforts and initiatives 

  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred 

  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail 

  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
