Position Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair automotive transmission systems to specifications- knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• Remove and Reinstall Transmission systems
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• Continuously learns new technical information and techniques informal training session in order to stay abreast with the rapidly changing automotive technology
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized service department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Transmission Rebuilder
• Hold a valid driver’s license

Own professional grade tools

• Experience with mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience specific to transmission rebuilding
• ASE certifications a plus
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
